Navigating the ominous halls of the Raccoon City Police Department requires solving intricate puzzles to escape the nightmare. Among the most essential challenges are the three statue puzzles that unlock the secret passage beneath the main hall. Knowing the correct symbol combinations for both playthroughs ensures survival and prevents unnecessary backtracking through dangerous corridors.
First Scenario Statue Combinations
During your initial scenario, the combinations for the three medallion statues are straightforward and logged in the officer's notebook. For the Lion Statue located in the Main Hall 2F, input Lion, Branch, and Bird. The Unicorn Statue in the 1F Lounge requires Fish, Scorpion, and Jug, while the Maiden Statue in 3F West Storage needs Woman, Bow, and Snake.
Second Scenario Alternate Codes
When playing the 2nd Run, the statue solutions undergo significant changes to challenge returning players. The Lion Statue combination shifts to Crown, Flame (or Torch), and Bird. Meanwhile, the Unicorn Statue requires Twin Children, Scale, and Worm (or Seahorse), and the Maiden Statue uses Ram, Harp, and Bird.
Tips for Accessing the Maiden Statue
Reaching the Maiden Statue requires additional preparation compared to the other two statues. Players must locate the Electronic Gadget and Battery to construct a detonator to clear the barricade in West Storage Room. Once cleared, examine the damaged dial carefully to properly align the symbols.
Inserting Medallions and Escaping RPD
After acquiring all three medallions, return to the Goddess Statue located in the middle of Main Hall 1F. Placing the Lion, Unicorn, and Maiden medallions into the base unlocks the underground passage. This action opens the gateway to the Underground Facility, allowing you to advance to the next chapter of the game.
